VibeMarket race if it had started 5 years earlier (2021-10-12 to 2026-10-12)

Each player holds today's mix (same weights, incl. cash) from the start, no trading. Everyone starts at C$100k. Log scale: equal gaps = equal % moves.

source: Yahoo Finance daily adjusted closes (dividends reinvested) + CAD=X; holdings rebuilt from VibeMarket's posted trade lists (DevBot: its Oct 12 portfolio read); Mike's YOLO = C$30k in Mike's plan + C$70k in VRmike's other current holdings (his mix minus DELL/HPE/MRNA, held). Mike's plan (all C$100k): top 3 S&P 500 stocks by 6-month gain (50/25/25), re-picked monthly; cash (T-bills) when the S&P 500 is below its level 12 months earlier at a month-end; after the first cash spell, 6 staggered pots (one re-picks each month). Signals at month-end, trades next day's close, 0.2% fee per trade. Picks use the S&P 500 members at each date (not today's list). Its cash sits in US T-bills. In this window: 2022-06-01 to cash; 2023-05-01 re-enter staggered: META 50% / NVDA 25% / WYNN 25%. MRO and WBD (picked some months) priced from month-end closes, smoothed between; Hindsight: today's holdings are already known winners/losers. Player cash earns nothing. VRmike's FBTC.TO slice sat in cash until it listed (2021-12-02). • drawn 2026-10-12 22:09 UTC
